Can you customize dimensions?

Yes. All of our products are made to order and can be customized to your desired dimensions, material, finish, and design requirements.

What marble types are available?

We offer a wide range of natural stones including Calacatta Viola, Carrara, Calacatta Gold, Nero Marquina, Travertine, Limestone, Lilac Marble, and many other premium materials.

How long is production?

Production lead time is 2–4 weeks.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 5 days after dispatch, following the production period.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship throughout the United States and worldwide. All products are professionally crated and fully insured for transit.

Are drawings provided before production?

Yes. We provide detailed technical drawings for approval before production begins to ensure all dimensions and specifications are correct.

Can I choose faucet hole configurations?

Yes. We can accommodate single-hole, widespread, wall-mounted, deck-mounted, and custom faucet configurations based on your project requirements.

Are your products made from solid natural stone?

Yes. Our products are crafted from genuine natural stone and marble, carefully selected for its beauty, durability, and unique character.

Do you work with interior designers and architects?

Yes. We regularly collaborate with interior designers, architects, builders, contractors, and developers on both residential and commercial projects.

Can I see the stone before production?

Yes. We can provide photos and videos of available slabs whenever possible so you can review and approve the material before fabrication.

What is included with my order?

Each order includes the custom fabricated stone piece, professional packaging, and fully insured shipping. Additional accessories and installation components can be discussed during the design process.

Ordering and product options

Does a backsplash include faucet holes?

No. Choose the hole count and location in the product options. Holes on the deck are on the horizontal sink surface; holes in the backsplash are through the vertical stone. For a faucet mounted on the room wall, choose no holes in the stone. Confirm your faucet specifications before fabrication.

Will my stone look exactly like the photograph?

Natural veining, color, and texture vary. Images show the design and stone character, rather than a guaranteed identical vein pattern. Contact us before ordering if a particular appearance is essential.

Are faucets and installation included?

Installation is not included. Faucets, drains, brackets, shelves, backsplashes, cabinets, and legs are included only where your listing or written order explicitly says so.
