Production lead time is 2–4 weeks. Delivery takes 5 days after dispatch. Production and delivery are separate time periods.
All shipments are professionally crated and fully insured.
We ship throughout the United States and internationally.
Before delivery
Confirm access, unloading, and handling arrangements for your exact order before dispatch. Stone is heavy, so coordinate suitable equipment and help with your installer.
When your order arrives
Photograph the crate and stone, keep packaging, and contact us promptly if anything appears damaged. Follow the details in our shipping policy. Review our ordering guide and sink installation guide before scheduling installation.
